I would doubt it unless it is grown in front of a window that gets sun a good part of the day. They are a biennial which means, plant first, blooms the next year.
They need that winters rest to bloom the next year.
They are cool to look at though!

I purchased a money tree last year while i was in Florida- i have mine inside on a glass shelf in my bay window. It has thrived very well and grows new leaves constantly. I have also found that it does the best if i let the soil in its pot dry out before watering it again. As for no light at all im not sure, mine only gets what comes thru the window. I hope this helps.
